Consults with customers and advises on various aspects of insurance.
Analyzes customer portfolios to provide enhanced insurance solutions.
Meets new business production goals and objectives.
Develops insurance quotes, generates sales.
Presents materials, assists in summarizing data.
Processes customer policy change requests.
Handles incoming claim calls from customers.
Requirements Possesses a strong willingness to learn and is resourceful, with a solid work ethic.
Possesses a positive attitude, is a good team player.
Strong ability to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up, with a sense of urgency.
Self-starter who works well independently.
Previous work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing preferred.
Property & casualty and life & health licenses preferred, but will provide training to become licensed.
