Position Requirement:
Applicant must have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Specifically, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe.
Ability to prioritize projects and multi-task while remaining calm and efficient.
Fundamental knowledge of legal terminology.
Professionalism and a winning attitude.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant.
Duties include:
Managing attorney's calendars.
Calendaring/docketing case related deadlines.
Prepare, edit, send correspondence and other documents on behalf of the attorney.
Preparation of pleadings.
Maintaining and organizing electronic files database.
